MISSION PROJECTS
Northside Singles are involved in community projects. We have a commitment to help others.
One of our interests is Boys Country. In the past we have sponsored a cottage of usually eight boys. However, this year we have contributed to the back to school supplies, the Christmas Party, and we have plans to help with the Spring Festival.
We
are supporters of NAM . We helped with back to school supplies. We
gave a donations to help purchase turkeys at Thanksgiving. We filled
approximately seventeen bags of clothing and toys for the children at Christmas.
We also help with Interfaith Hospitality network . We have numerous people
who work as volunteers at NAM . They contribute many hours each month.
We sent cards to support our military at Christmas. We also contributed
money through Kroger to send packages to our men and women. We have plans
for members to package gifts to send to the military in the coming months.
